Bridging the gap : Addressing digital exclusion among homeless people in a digitally-driven society : A qualitative research study on how homeless people is affected in a society with increased digitalization

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to shed light to how homeless people as a socially excluded group are not able to use the digital techniques that society is based on today. The purpose is also to examine homeless people’s opportunities to participate through digital solutions, identifying needs and examining how implementation of policy directives addresses digitalization in relation to the homeless.
